The Virgo Flasher.
ETS-6 ( 1994 56A ) is a failed Japanese engineering test satellite that was supposed to go to geostationary orbit. One of the tests was that for a
liquid rocket motor to do the final orbit adjustment, this failed leaving the satellite in the Geostationary Transfer Orbit (GTO) The attitude thrusters
were used to slowly change to the current orbit to allow some of the other tests to be conducted conveniently. (information courtesy Tony Beresford)
